Wow sorry for your luck with the material shortage. I ordered my Howard's cam through Competition Products and it was an enjoyable experience. That grind sounds very close the the XTQ series Comp Cams sells. I had one very similar to that Howard's grind and I really liked it. I would get with Dwayne (fast68plymouth) and see if they still make that grind. Gus  Try Hughes. Howards makes all their cams. If you look in Howards catalog, every Hughes grind is in it. Maybe something similar on a shelf
