Thank you for the reply. It appears that they only sell complete sway bar kits as there isn't any parts list. If I cannot find those control arm brackets separately I'll either make my own or get another pivot and bushing set and clean up the pair of control arms I have with the brackets. The sway bar was a after thought, but since I'm converting to disc brakes I figured I might as well add the sway bar too for a little more safety. This car will be a driver.
Attached is a fabrication drawing for sway bar brackets I saved years ago and do not know who to thank for it. If I recall, the bracket pairs were cut from a single piece of tube steel. There had been a pretty good thread that documented the fabrication. Not sure if that thread was here or elsewhere.
