A guy who I used to work for did years ago when every credit card company on the face of the earth was aggressively trying to get new users. He'd just put the paperwork in the return envelope and mail it back. He'd get another solicitation in the mail. Sometimes they would call him and tell him he didn't sign the paperwork. He'd tell them to send it out again. They would and he would return it, again, unsigned. He said the record for a company was four times before they wised up.
