It's a time share resort so be prepared for the hour long sales pitch, but just say not interested after the presentation. Your get 4 days, 3 nights in Vegas at their time share complex just off the strip for $249, when you check in they give you $249 in cash back so it cost nothing except a quick sales meeting. It is located right behind the huge ferris wheel one block from the main strip. Walking distance to most of the big casinos and shows. You would only spend for travel and eats. We are going later this year. It will be my second trip to Vegas. IHG Vacations has other properties around the country also if you are interested.
