My final straw with the T/A was it doing the 1-2 shift on its own at the hit.... it solely relies on the rooster comb on the valve body as a detent and apparently the Gs on my launch was enough to allow the shifter to move. You know how many of those deals I have had in my fingers over the years. Amazes me that guys still use that TA shifter, but in a slower car maybe its not an issue. No question the PPP stuff is far superior IMO. Just sold another one a couple weeks ago, looks like I may have another one here soon to sell too
