Our other place is a modular house... built in Ohio and shipped up here... it was assembled using a crane and a crew..
it was built on a gig its a super nice house... one one thing is the walls are square... trim is perfect... far nicer than
our permanent house.. its the only way I would have a house built again.... its 2200 sq ft
