I find to 18v Ryobi to be as good or almost as good as anything, at a great price. I couldn't live without the 3/8 drive impact, I get cranky when I have to turn a wrench by hand anymore. In Ryobi, the regular drills are pretty crappy, but the 18v hammer drill is awesome.
