Yes, and probably other things too. Maybe ringland depth, ring- land clearance, cylinder finish, materials of consruction, piston to wall clearances - hot and cold, skirt lenght, motor rpm, compression/cylinder pressure, and probably a bunch of other quality and quality control aspects.
