I looked into this when I had my old 51. It is a lot of work. You can also cut the entire front clip off a Dakota and use that. Fatman's had a frontend kit also. I think it runs around 4k complete. Then I thought about running a Gen I Hemi, but ended up getting the old I6 running/driving before I sold it. If you use the entire Dakota you will have to modify the fire wall and floor.
