My Moroso dream wheel says 9.65 @ 3000 is 620 and should going 139.

1/4 mile MPH is a better number to use. If you MPH is much more, or less, than 139-140, you are missing something depending on which way it's off.

Trans, rear, converter can easily eat up 15-20%, depending on how good or bad they are.
