I was born in '62 and raised in California. Been into Mopar since I was 13. Never heard of Cal Gas or those superbirds, but it is a very big state. California highway miles were so easy on a vehicle back in the day before the freeways became parking lots. I could totally see it racking up that many miles rolling up and down I-5 in 6 years and still looking like a 50K mile car. The most curious deal was the 4.10 gear. Those were likely swapped out for 2.76 and swapped back in again before it got in your hands. Fascinating history. Please post if you find out more. Thank you for sharing.
