I'm thinking cutting the parts won't work well unless you want minimum offset changes, I had Centerline make me some custom offset Auto Drag wheel years ago
They cut and welded in a new piece on the back half of those wheels to make them
Call them and see if they will sell you the parts you need to make yours work
If that doesn't work sell yours and order new ones as long as they can and will make them for you
