mccannix master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,784 Ontario, Canada	These dull finish were first run and assembly line installed. Came in these wrappers, made in Canada. When they went NS-1, after some time Chrysler re-issued them, made in USA but with a shiny finish.
