I'm in the process of re-wiring my Ramcharger (should be done tomorrow)

The wiring harnesses (all of them, from front to back) I removed from a 1974 W200 with Factory A/C due to the fact that the harnesses in the 74 Ramcharger were not only not correct for the year, but hacked and damaged beyond repair.

On the forward light harness, the A/C Compressor clutch has this wire that comes off of it to engage the clutch. Since it was missing it's end, I removed the end off of the harness that was in the Ramcharger and put it on this one. It also has this other jumper with a light blue wire in it that has a fiberglass shield around it. Any idea of what it could be for?

I couldn't find anything in the Factory Service Manual and I don't think I'm missing anything but I'm still a few weeks from making a shake-down cruise.
