WOW they even discount the price if you have a rather bad credit rating.

if you ask me this discount is just smoke and mirrors. usually someone with a poor credit rating like that usually wouldn't know the difference.
That's a thing that actually exists - was asking a jeep dealer about it a few weeks ago. We didn't qualify for it.
