There are several flagging and anti-flagging apps for Craigslist.
Some people are actually paid by other advertisers to find and flag the competitions ads, some just do it for fun.

I mean INSTANTLY ! ... I guess I’m going to have to wait a week or so before trying again
If it's instantly, I would be doing a test posting of another item, in another category, to see if it goes through, or gets flagged, or if it's just that one particular item. Then you can rule out if there's something else that's going on.
