Keep in mind that while the abrasive silica they give you to put down is good for traction when the floor is wet, it makes the floor a total pain to clean. That stuff tears up anything you try to use to mop up messes. I did my own U CoatIt epoxy on the floor on the garage at my previous house it that stuff was hard to get spread around evenly and was no fun to try to clean.
