A more typical amount of converter slip in that type of combo is more along the lines of 7-10%.
If the tires are “29.0”, and not “29.5” ....... the driveshaft rpm at 125.6, 4.10 gears, not accounting for tire growth is just under 6k.
With 7-10% slip I’d be looking for an engine rpm of 6400 to 6600 at the stripe.
Set the rev limiter accordingly.

If the tires are actually 29.5”, lower all rpm figures by 1.7%.
