Long, long ago- like 40 years ago - some of us SoCal guys ran either 100 or 110 IIRC AvGas.. We had an "in" at the Van Nuys Airport. Those were 12.0-12.8:1 street racing deals. Don't recall much about any long-term effects. Probably a different blend nowadays, anyway.
