This is just a shout out to all you guys here who have always been generous, helpful and patient with your advice.....
I've spent a lot of time here the past two years asking questions, getting things right on our Satellites.
Carburetor adjustments, timing, spark advance, rear axle & issues, transmission adjustments... you name it.
Our '65 Satellite was in storage all winter, tucked safely away from moisture and cold... I went and got it out last week for the first time this season...
I topped off the float bowls with gas, checked tire pressure, hooked up the battery, pumped the throttle pedal twice and turned the key - it fired instantly, idled smooth, warmed up properly and I spent the whole day driving around the countryside with a Viper friend.
My thoughts went to all you guys who have helped so much to get me here...
Thank you all so much. Have a great summer.
