The flip side is, how is the Insurance supposed to know if I might be driving my car 3,000,000 miles a year? They are playing the averages, its a shared risk concept.
That would require an average speed of 342 mph, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I am sure they are confident you are not driving 3 million miles a year.
