My little 366 puts out 392 h.p. not quite the 400 h.p. your looking for, but gets my '70 duster in the 11.70's @ 111:
1. '77 360 block 30 over
2. stock crank
3. eagle rods
4. speedpro pistons/rings
5. Lunati .513/.533 voodoo cam
6. Edelbrock heads w/mild work
7. Edelbrock air gap gasket matched
8. Quickfuel 850 carb.
of coarse full msd ignition and tti headers too....switching too the .533/.552 voodoo cam and single plane intake next week hoping for 11.40's...
