In 1966 how many factories made the Plymouth line or were all (fury, Belvedere, Barracuda) built at the same place? This will lead to my next question about vin numbers and their sequence starting with 100,000. If multiple factories did they start with the same vin number 100,000 ? Trying to get an idea when mine was built according to the last 6 digits.thanks for any help


Ok found one answer to my question. 7 different plants made Plymouth’s, Lynch Road, Hamtramck,Belvedere,Los Angels,Newark and St. Louis, mine was made at Lynch Road.
Now the next question, vehicle sequence number stating with 100001. Did each individual assembly plant start with 100001?
My # RH23H61201019, a Belvedere II.. is mine the 101019th Belvedere-Satelite? or Fury-Valiant-Barracuda- Bel-Sat made combined?
