I remember guys on here saying these cars could be bought and driven and still make money selling them later when they first came out years ago. They planned on them only making a couple hundred a year for a few years, but that didn't happen.

You should just buy what you like and enjoy it and expect to loose money later. If things change and you are somehow able to make money then that is great too, but just don't buy something, declare it a collectible, and then get all bent when the rest of the world disagrees.
