Why ladder bars? If you are using leaf springs a Calvert style bar is just as good. If you are going to coil overs, use a 4 link. A ladder bar is always too short and the IC will always be too high because of how short the bars are.
I have two ladder bar cars and one I hope to be in the low 8’s on caltracks. I agree if I had caltacks I could never See me switching it to a ladder bar car. I know what caltracks are capibile of.
