A neglected car...is just a neglected car.
I think it's cool to find a hidden one, and a noble effort to return it to its original glory.
But I've always thought that a ratty car doesn't reflect well on its owner.
I'm not bothered by some wear & tear from use, but I don't understand the appeal of grime & filth.
