John initially told me he would cover the converter swap, but in the end only offered to pay me for the 1st converter I purchased from him and a little something for the valve body issues. Told him to shove it. Will have someone else tear it down again, as I’m not comfortable with it. I would definitely take that trans. apart. That's pretty crappy as I've heard pretty good things from others on here about CRT. Is the stock power elevated in your truck? I know you haula$$ if you're 300 miles from the track in AZ. I have a TST PowermaxCR set on 4 and 4 always. I can tow my rig anywhere in the US at or above the speed limit. Doing that beats severely on this thing. If the input is the wink link every 180,000 miles so be it. This truck is the best thing I ever bought.
