While I haven't personally done it, I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of swapping rotors. '84 was the last year for the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. I briefly owned an '84 and any of the older rims fit just fine (I installed a set of those aluminum Cordoba rims on mine).
