I did a few different setups on my 72 demon- the solo road race type 1.06 or something cornered flat and gave great road feel even just with KYB shocks but the chassis would outperform the interior- stock bucket seats didn’t hug my butt enough to keep from holding the wheel to keep from getting thrown into the passenger seat. Lotta fun though.

/6 bars with comp 90/10 shocks were also fun- they drove fine for cruising and definitely let the nose come up on a hard launch.

I never did get the car to hook at the track and the one time I threw some 10.5 phoenix slicks on it I shattered the driveshaft and decided feeding parts to a stickshift 1/4 mile car is for somebody with deeper pockets than mine!

Regular v8 bars from the original 1972 H-code 340/4spd setup rode fine but I was into tinkering with the car’s personality.
