Trying to trouble shoot a 2007 dodge ram 2500 4x4 hemi. Truck runs and drives, but instrument cluster- nothing works- no lights come on, power locks, interior lights, turn signals, 4 ways, wipers, visor lights, high beams I think that's all that doesn't work. Radio works and stays on after truck is turned off and door is opened for 10mins+. He checked all fuses, cleaned all terminals, tired instrument panel reset. From what im trying to read, either TIMP or instrument cluster ? Any good way to test ? verify ? went to autozone and lady said shows U1403 code- which is a fuel pump but runs good.
