Yes, if for no other reason, to get rid of the residual pressure valve in the current MC. A manual disc brake MC from a later Mopar B-body would be a good choice. The need for a prop valve can be determined after the conversion is done. Install a prop valve only if you suffer from premature rear brake lockup.
