M&H makes a 30/14/16 cheater slick bias which would probably work well, they actually call for a 10" wheel. Its supposedly 14 section, 11 tread.

9.94 @ 134, 318 on pump gas, 14 lbs w/ Eddies, transbrake 727, 3600 lbs, 3.54 gear and 28's.
