If the cars electronics are basically stock, not a bunch of custom wiring, then use the M&H Reproduction harness. They are much more complete and should pretty much just plug into place.
They may seem more expensive, but way less time and work to install.

Most of the aftermarket kits have options for more fuses and relays if you need them, and they print the wire location on the wires, but the wire colors are usually more of a generic GM/SAE spec color code than the original Mopar wiring colors.
They usually run the wires direct from fuse box, steering column connector, and dash directly to the part (lights, ignition, wipers, ect.) with no connectors between, so there is no bulkhead connector or other connectors that allow you to separate the sub harnesses from the main harness like a stock system. You will also have to crimp connectors onto several ends, and tape or cover the wires together to make the harness. This adds alot of time to the install of the wiring, and if you do want the bulkhead connectors and such, you can cut the harness, and crimp new Packard 56 terminals on to the new wires. You Might be able to reuse the original connector shells if they are in good shape. Aftermarket bulkhead connector shell (plastic parts) sets are a bit over $100. I think about $75 for the dash side bulkhead connector and $15 each for the three engine compartment connector shells. Not sure if that price includes the gasket?
