Upon tearing down the BGE engine, I was surprised to see a very nice
Forged crank.... I thought that plus a nice set of forgedpistons would make a stout foundation
For building the 5.7 coming out of my Jeep.... it will be an extra engine to have ...... yes, the BGE block and heads as well as the active intake will be used For a 426 stroker for my Jeep..... the heads are made from 356 aluminum and the ports are super smooth and huge.... the stock guide bosses look as if they were already ported but are as cast...... best set of stock heads I have ever seen....
