Since you bought their parts you have a right to ask them a couple of questions, give QF a call.
E85 does require more fuel but not more air to go with it. I'd just follow the instructions and try it, watch the engine temp and shut it down if it starts to get hot. I'd be more worried about the feed passages in the boosters since a metering-block kit won't fix that area. You'll need to do a WOT, high-gear test to find out if there's a problem there. If so you should be able to drill the boosters out a little.
