I have a 05 1500 4x4 truck. No MDS. I am looking for a cam upgrade for it. Anyone have any ideas. I think I'm getting a lifter tick and thought maybe time to do a cam swap also. Its got 100k on it and I already upgraded the exhaust to a 3in dynomax. I do tow a boat and camper with it.
Like Dave said 6.1 is the cheapest route to go , those cams are always on Ebay as little as $50 , the next step seams to be Comps 268 very popular cam for the truck guys.
