Twostick, the 400/440 both appear to be unmolested engines & have the ext balance pads on their respective torque converters. Jwilli I just called Barnes & Noble & they have the Oct issue on the shelf so I will pick it up tomorrow. Now to find a good steel crank 440 (I am assuming). thanks guys!
