SB rockers are straight....... that one looks offset to me..... so it should be a BB rocker.

Looks like the same casting as the Cranes....... but with the “wrong” adjuster screw.
There’s a machined flat on the rocker for a lock nut, and that’s a friction lock adjuster in the rocker.

Maybe an “early” Crane rocker that’s had the adjuster replaced.
