Kieth Black shop use to sell a press in steel adapter for your needs, not sure if they still do or not. You can try calling them at 562-869-1518 to see if they still offer them or not I bought 6 of them back a long time ago for $25.00 each plus the shipping.
I've used them in the past but now with the new stroker crankshafts being readily available and reasonably price for new ones I don't buy any of the used Top Fuel cranks any more
