Parts house filter kit comes with a gasket. The issue is trying to get the pan in place without screwing up the RTV. It's a tight fit on my Grand Cherokee.

I'd use the RTV mopar forget the pn# should be a 41 on it.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear they make the steel reinforced rubber gasket for this trans.
What I like to do is clean the pan real good, use a spray gasket adhesive to glue the gasket to the pan and bolt it up. Alternatively, you can skip the glue and use thread to tie the gasket to the pan, I tie it to each hole and it works pretty good with no glued on gasket mess to clean up next time.
