Done a bunch of big and small blocks in the past, most of them very near stock....but this is my first Hemi and....the list of "firsts" is too long with this engine....
So I'm more after real time spent, mentoring to follow a solid path and so on.

The way I'm going about it is probably backwards, but I'm planning to do a close to stock one sometime after this 572.
Maybe the all-standard 426 (cam and heads, at the most) will be simple compared to this first one.

Just enjoy learning, and sure don't expect to have an 850hp combination on my first try or anything like that.

As I told Chuck, I don't expect to join the ranks of professional race engine builders overnight...
if it even has 600 at the wheels and a safe tuneup on it, I will leave it alone for awhile.
