Those things you mention are sales gimmicks, the factory pistons are coated skirts and don't fail, valve seats only fall out if very severly overheated, oil return is not a problem on these like it is on a 2.7. Good upgrades would involve the timing chains and chain guides and something to keep the rockers from falling off after sitting a long time.
