So instead of buying a set of nice new manifolds for my 318 for $160, I bought a complete 5.9 magnum for $250 with some really rusty manifolds already attached...



After fighting with 4 broken studs, I got the manifolds switched. The passenger side looks like it will work great. The drivers side interferes with the Ram power steering pump.

Cutting off the air injection casting and grinding down the manifold helps some, but not enough.
