What is the correct paint and texture used on the outer black parts of 1968 Coronet R/T interior door emblems? The emblem on the top in the picture seems to be closest to 'correct' or at least its the least faded of the three. There appears to be a slight sheen to the black coating.

Also, what is the best way to clean up the Coronet script and R/T call out area in the middle? Wire brush?
