If it doesn't tear, I've removed the whole sheet in about 2 minutes. When it's really cooked on and the tint is brittle, I've spend hours with many breaks in between attempts.

The glue removal is another big time consumption. Brake cleaner, WD40, GooGone, solvent. All need to be tried to see what works best for you.



I found the glue removal to be the easy part. I used #0000 steel wool and WD. Came right off.
