Yes. The ID of the arm was fine. They are nice looking arms. The problems was that someone who built the arm actually turned the upper bushing on a lathe down to a slip fit instead of pressing it in with .014 interference fit like it is supposed to have. You could see the mill marks on the bushing. Cass said he has never seen any like that before and has sold lots of them. Idk what happened but I just ordered new bushings from Rock Auto for 9.00 and pressed them in like normal. It was easier than sending them back for new arms.
