My B7 Hemi GTX had a white lower pinstripe and according to the trunk lid had white stripe tires FWIW. I don't think they were linked though.
It is the stripe that runs from the top front of the fender to the rear quarter extensions not the lower stripe. It was affected by the tire not the wheel.

V7_ "accent stripe" was NOT available on a GTX - it was available in 5 colors: RED, WHITE, BLUE, GREEN & BLACK
they were STANDARD on Sport Satellite (RP)
and an additional cost
$15.15 OPTION on Satellite (RH) & Road Runner (RM)
V7_ had nothing to do with the tire choice
