I know you're buying a block second hand, so this really doesn't apply, but I talked w/ them over a year ago (maybe 2 years ago, can't remember) and he assured me they would have blocks rolling in from the foundry in 3 months. You see how true that was. I was warned by others not to deal w/ them. Never heard much about the block itself to know what issues they have.
I'd call Tim at FHO or any of the other big builders to see what they say. Seems like I remember FHO using some of these blocks when they were actually available. I believe Aruzza used some too, but he went nuts and closed up shop.
