I have had an INDY blue 1.6 ratio rocker break on the #8 cylinder intake side. This was on a SR head 493 stroker engine. I also know of a 440 with SR heads that broke on the same position # 8 cylinder intake side.
I have attached pictures of both failures. So I'm wondering if others out there have had the same rocker break? If so is there a weak point back there on # 8?
