Spal and derale both good fans. I found the better fans that have good motors pull 20+ amps. If they aren't pulling that many amps and have good CFM ratings, run. They won't cut the mustard

I agree 100%. The amps they pull indicates the strength of the motor. A weak fan can move lots of air when there is no restriction placed in front of it, but the CFM drops drastically when you put a radiator in front of it. A strong motor won't slow down as easily.
